Oh how surprising. Barr twists the law and facts beyond all reason to get to a result to please Trump.
I agree with [President Trump] that the [Supreme Court’s] decision was wrong,” Barr told the AP.
Well, that settles it, then! Who needs Supreme Court decisions when you have William Barr....

SMH. The only good thing about the Trump era is all of this stuff is being exposed for what it is...
I appreciate everyone who tried to pretend like this stuff was on the up and up, and not a clear attempt to make it harder for minorities to vote, and limit their voting power when they do...

It also exposes those that couldn't care less which, in the long run, is also probably a good thing. In the short-term, however, it's awful and depressing.

Thank you tas for understanding the expression “couldn’t care less” unlike the vast majority of the morons in the world who “could care less”...

It also exposes those that couldn't care less which, in the long run, is also probably a good thing. In the short-term, however, it's awful and depressing. There are people locked into systems of oppression, action and reaction, where it’s genuinely hard to see a way out. And then there are well-paid, well-educated guys furtively making giant spreadsheets of black college kids for the purpose of denying them voting power. It's not even a unique situation. The same guy helped in Texas, Arizona, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, Florida, and the Census citizenship question was his idea also. Another example: When you make the claim it's just about ID. You're ignoring all available evidence to the contrary, and this is what you're supporting. The Republican party's systemic effort to stop your neighbors from voting, or to limit your fellow citizens voting power when they do.

Very interesting but ultimately sad & sobering article, smh... There's always a call to equivalency in these debates, where is the equivalance of this type of criminality on the left-leaning side?

The real crime here is the passage of these types of laws. Fair play means absolutely nothing to these people. Retaining power at all cost is all that matters.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but I'm starting to wonder if William Barr isn't possessed. What happened to the William Barr who used to not be a total shill for a scumbag? Better find the exorcist.

You have a major party whose idea of Democracy is stopping people from voting for the crime of not supporting them...

It's clearly the prevention of voter fraud that's taking place on an unprecedented scale. Just ask Trump, he who knows everything better than anyone else. Hillary's popular vote triumph was a fiction.

Maybe we should send it to only viewers of Fox News?

Imagine saying that you want to run for PUBLIC office while being afraid of the public for whom you, supposedly, want to work. Does that make sense to anyone?

Narrator:
Looks like I found one cheater.
I guess we can thank Trump for making it clear that voter fraud is a myth invented by Republicans to justify laws to keep people from voting because they know that if everyone votes, they lose.

And now: the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Republican National Committee and Wisconsin Republicans Monday blocking a lower court ruling that gave voters an extra six days to submit their ballots from election day to April 13.
Stephen Wolfe: Milwaukee County had to close 175 of 180 polling places because it couldn't staff & safely operate them. Wisconsin has issued an order to shelter-in-place order & avoid large crowds, but Milwaukee estimated possibly 10,000 voters per polling place.
