Previously: If even one person voted illegally it's a problem!... BTW Harris won by 900 votes and... Crickets from the GOP... Is Fox even bothering to cover this? There's no chance in hell that the Fake News Network would ever cover this. It doesn't fit their agenda. |

That second dastardly sentence sure upends his first somewhat noble sentence. How would you determine that? It's literally impossible. It seems innocuous but it signals where they are going with this next. "Election fraud occurred but it wasn't enough to change the election." Harris NCGOP and others have been parroting this talking point since this started. |

Harris NCGOP and others have been parroting this talking point since this started. So does that mean he goes to jail under NC law for architecting a voter fraud campaign? |

"If evidence emerges that fraud affected results" His point before that is what gets me Yaboy, not only is he trying to bring "other sideism" into the argument, he also wants to set a bar on how much illegal activity would be acceptable in an election... “If this investigation finds proof of illegal activity on either side to such a level that it could have changed the outcome of the election, then I would wholeheartedly support a new election to ensure all voters have confidence in the results” Harris said |

And how do you quantify that? Harris won by only 900 votes. The second part totally nullifies the first statement. Let's not forget who hired this guy in the first place, Harris. Maybe Harris just though this guy was amazingly persuasive but I have serious doubts. |

If you find our guy cheated, we should be able to pick someone else.
Since Pittinger was a victim too I think that's the right thing to do, but notice how we don't have an "If you find there were enough votes to change the results" caveat to that.

The affidavit was made by a registered republican. The conversation took place at a republican meeting in Dublin, Bladen County. Live report at 6. A lot breaking with #NC09 @wsoctv
