Trey Dickerson should've played the point guard position for most of the game. He was playing/leading pretty well imo.

Doc was certainly inconsistent his first 2 years. But suggesting that his expected contribution is nothing more than giving us a 5th starter on the court was over the top. But really... Was he giving us much more than that? Giving us what we expect from a power forward at a major university? No. He wasn't... Through the past two years he has disappeared or just never showed up to too many games. I want him to be successful, because if he is, we're a lot tougher on the glass and that really opens up things for Govan. But we'll see come conference time whether what we saw today was an anomaly or the status quo.

One of Mulmore-Mosely-Dickerson needs to be a legitimate threat from deep. We are too easy to defend otherwise.

He still hasn’t recovered his lift, but it’s very clear he has been working on his footwork and moves inside. He’s also the best interior facilitator. The call on his 5th foul was pretty weak today and really impacted the outcome.

Trey Dickerson should've played the point guard position for most of the game. He was playing/leading pretty well imo. disagree, i thought his defense is what started them getting comfortable on offense and got Howard and Brissette going cause he cant challenge their shots at 6' if he is even that. Also blowing a couple of fast break easy chances, i agreed with his substitution.

I thought Dickerson was effective in the first half after he came in for Mulmore who stunk up the joint. As far as Derrickson goes, he was solid!

I did see one of Cuses players get past him, but where was the help? Howard and Brissette didn't really get going until the 2nd half. I thought he could've played especially when Cuse started their press. This is what killed us. Cuses press. Derrickson had fouled out didn't help either, but the Hoyas still weren't posting the big/s at half court for Cuses press. Coaching error there. But I hear you.

I agree, someone has to step up as a consistent outside scoring threat. Derrickson send logica but we need him inside. Jahvon and Jamorko seem to have the mindset and skills (have to be sharpened)to meet the team's need. We(I) haven't seen enough of Antwan Walker on the court to know what he can give us.
Perhaps he will become a secret weapon.

Best game I've seen him play. 8-10, 3-4 from 3, 4-5 from line, 11 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 stls, 3 blocks, 23 pts.

I can tell you what is wrong with him, he did not box out on the last play in regulation. He was just standing there.

Looked like Pickett was the one ball watching to me.

If he box out the white guy, Georgetown wins in regulation. He was just an spectator , he watch how the white guy tip the ball into the basket. The game is not over until it is over. Attention to detail.

Take a look at the replay and you can clearly see that he was standing there.

I can tell you what is wrong with him, he did not box out on the last play in regulation. He was just standing there. He was not standing there. He had Kelan Martin completely boxed out. This not boxing out meme needs to be put to bed. Jesse came out to successfully contest the three which was the right play - he closed out well and the shot missed by a bunch. That left three Hoyas against four Butler players. Three Hoyas, including Marcus boxed out their men. The fourth, Jesse's man, made a great tip-in.
