Last time I checked his opinion is it's fake news, but maybe he has a new stance?
Trump just confirmed the Russians weren't the ones lying. The fox and I discussed upping security at the hen house, so that the hen house will be protected. Until then Расслабьтесь, мы получили это
The President of the United States believes the Russian President over the CIA/FBI/NSA. Fake tough, real stupid...

I guess we can hope that President Trump is lying about his believing Putin's lies? I hope his advisers on cyber security are far better than his advisers on climate, energy, education and health care.

The only thing Trump has been consistent on since he started running for POTUS is his love for Putin...

Aside from the overt collusion when Trump called for the Russkies to find HRC's missing 33,000 emails, now there is this: President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., was promised damaging information about Hillary Clinton before agreeing to meet with a Kremlin-connected Russian lawyer during the 2016 campaign, according to three advisers to the White House briefed on the meeting and two others with knowledge of it. The meeting was also attended by his campaign chairman at the time, Paul J. Manafort, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Mr. Manafort and Mr. Kushner only recently disclosed the meeting, though not its content, in confidential government documents described to The New York Times. www.nytimes.com/2017/07/09/us/politics/trump-russia-kushner-manafort.html?smid=fb-nytimes&smtyp=cur

So Trump sent 2 of his sons and his campaign manager to go fetch some help from the Russians to get him elected? Really??
Yesterday Trump Jr said the meeting was about adoption.
A few months ago he denied that a meeting like this ever happened.

Would not be surprised at all if it was.... Don Jr's own statement claims she tricked him with the offer of collusion to get him to meet, and once he found out her dirt wasn't good, he left.... After suddenly regaining my memory I recall we tried to collude but...

Amazing.... Fox Spin is legendary... We don't know who that person is, because DON JR WON'T TELL US.... From the WaPo article: In an interview Sunday, Rob Goldstone, a music publicist who is friendly with Donald Jr., told The Washington Post that he had arranged the meeting at request of a Russian client and attended with Veselnitskaya. Goldstone has been active with the Miss Universe pageant and works as a manager for Emin Agalarov, a Russian pop star whose father is a wealthy Moscow developer who sponsored the pageant in the Russian capital in 2013. So no Democratic operative, Fox News??

I'm now more curious than ever to see Trump's financials. 14 US Intelligence agencies got it wrong but Putin got it right? If it looks like a duck with his balls in a Russian sling... Regardless of one's positions on policies, this man has to go, no? Pence is a wingnut but I can't imagine he'd engender the same support as a person that the current GOP leadership seems to think could win a second term by continuing to stoke his base in a way that Pence, likely, could not. I'd take early 20th century era candidate number two in a heartbeat right now.

So Jared Kushner -- third meeting with Russians that he failed to disclosed on his SF-86 in violation of 18 USC 1001. Why does he still have a security clearance? Why does the GOP continue to enable these grifters?? The Trump Administration should not win any moral or political plaudits even if it turns out, in the end, that there was no collusion between the President’s campaign and the Russian government. Its countless sins of lying, conflict of interest, shady business transactions, character assassination, and so much else assures it a place in history as a uniquely grimy Administration. And we are not yet a half year into its reign. www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/the-truth-behind-donald-trump-jrs-meeting-with-a-russian-lawyerRather than considering agreement on a communique as an achievement, it is more honest and accurate to see its content as a confirmation of the breakdown of international order that many have feared since Donald Trump’s election. And the president’s behavior in and around the summit was unsettling to U.S. allies and confirmed the fears of those who believe that his conduct is currently the greatest threat to American national security. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/trumps-behavior-is-the-biggest-threat-to-us-national-security/2017/07/09/a5d3a842-64a8-11e7-8eb5-cbccc2e7bfbf_story.html?hpid=hp_no-name_opinion-card-b%3Ahomepage%2Fstory&utm_term=.31c23e16855a(Trump Jr.'s statement on Sunday is interesting. He seems willing to admit to attempted collusion which may or may not be a crime, but seems to take pains to rebut the attempt to influence US policy under the Magnitsky Act by saying that his father was not a public official and ended the discussion. That seems to be an attempt to avoid a Logan Act violation, although there have been no prosecutions under that Act IIRC in the almost 100 years of its existence. Seems that his statement was "lawyered" but who is his lawyer?)

The President's statement says he didn't know his campaign manager, son (who doesn't take a poop without permission), and son in law had this meeting.... Lol Mmmhmmm...

Coming up on the one year anniversary of this..... July 18, 2016 Trump campaign guts GOP’s anti-Russia stance on Ukrainewww.washingtonpost.com/opinions/global-opinions/trump-campaign-guts-gops-anti-russia-stance-on-ukraine/2016/07/18/98adb3b0-4cf3-11e6-a7d8-13d06b37f256_story.htmlStill, Republican delegates at last week’s national security committee platform meeting in Cleveland were surprised when the Trump campaign orchestrated a set of events to make sure that the GOP would not pledge to give Ukraine the weapons it has been asking for from the United States. On the sideline, Denman (a platform committee member from Texas who was a Ted Cruz supporter) tried to persuade the Trump staffers not to change the language, but failed. “I was troubled when they put aside my amendment and then watered it down,” Denman told me. “I said, ‘What is your problem with a country that wants to remain free?’ It seems like a simple thing.” _____ In June they were signaling to the Russians they would play ball, by July they were adopting foreign policy positions favorable to the Russians. Probably just another kawinkidink...
