Great day at Shaw. Harry was honorary captain and did the walk-on and anthem with the boys. Afterward, he named Cole Seiler as man of the match. What great fun for Harry. Obviously you will have to take him to the Final Four to help us win it all 'vad!

Does anyone else try to watch the game using the Fox Sports Go app? If so, do you experience multiple audio streams simultaneously such that listening to the game is like listening to "Row, Row, Row your boat"

After a first half that saw Marquette park 11 men behind the ball, the Hoyas showed their class and handled their business leading 3-0 late when I had to turn off the game.
Great maturity shown by the boys to not break down their shape out of frustration with Marquette's tactics.
This team is very, very good and exceedingly well-coached..

Impressive to keep their composure and just keep probing for scoring opportunities.

Hoyas pull out tough 1-0 win at St. John's. Remain undefeated in Big East play.

Watching the game live - 15 left
Our equalizer was called offside. It was not the proper call (I started reffing in 1981) - it didn't consider involvement in the play properly. Unfortunate call.

Hoyas win in OT but Yaro goes off in a boot.

Huge character win but at what cost?
Hopefully, Josh bounces back quickly from a nasty collision and the boot was purely precautionary.

Yeah not a good game. Marzenkowski needs to cool his jets, poor decision led to the second goal, and he injured Yaro by coming out on a ball. Seton Hall was 0-12-1 coming into this game. Shame to lose our shut out streak to a team like that.

My wife claims that soccer is a game of luck. Seton Hall was really lucky this game. Good thing the Hoyas has just enough more luck to win the game. Think good wishes for Josh.

And Creighton falls to Xavier 2-1. Hoyas sit alone atop the Big East. Get well soon Josh.

Shame to lose our shut out streak to a team like that. That would have been a very poor loss or tie. Good news that the Hoyas pulled it out.

Of course there is some luck involved- just like every sport, even cross country(!). But tactics and skill will almost always prevail, especially over the course of 90 minutes.
