Naji Marshall #3 in White It's hard not to like what you see and read about Marshall.. Looks to be trending as a better player than Foster right now..

You might be right but kind of unfair considering the level of competition isn;t really close to the same and the fact Fosters been injured and has not played in a month..

I was basing it on what I've read & seen from the aau season on but I get what you're saying.. I'm interested to see how Marshall does at Hargrave next season..

Naji Marshall did not make Scout's latest top 100, but they had this to say about him: One of the most difficult players to leave out was Naji Marshall. He has had a very good junior season in the Washington D.C. area, and has a ton of upside. Marshall is near 6-foot-6, is an excellent passer for a wing, a good athlete, and someone with a ton of versatility on both ends of the floor. It is going to come down to how well with Marshall shoot the basketball, as right now that is a bit of a struggle for him. If he shows improvement shooting the basketball while continuing to do everything else at the level he does, there is no doubt that Marshall will find his way in the top 100, but for now he is just on the outside looking in. www.scout.com/college/basketball/recruiting/story/1641514-ten-who-just-missed-the-cut

I'd guess to see Aaron Thompson.. Thompson didn't make Scout's latest top 100 for 2017, but they had this to say about him: Finding true point guards isn’t easy, and Aaron Thompson is definitely one of them. He has grown to be almost 6-foot-3 and has gotten stronger and more athletic in the past 12 months. Add in that he is a very good passer with a solid understanding of the game, and it is easy to see why college coaches are so excited about his future. Still we felt he was a bit better on the outside of the top 100 as opposed to in it because he can struggle badly shooting the basketball. He needs to make himself more of a threat in that regard while continuing to run a team and getting others involved at the level he currently does. www.scout.com/college/basketball/recruiting/story/1641514-ten-who-just-missed-the-cut

I like Chris Lykes and what he has to offer, I actually hope we can get a commitment out of him, but if not are we just setting ourselves up for failure by not recruiting another PG for 2017? IMO, we need a true PG for 2016, I say this only because I haven't seen enough of Mosley to believe that he can fill DSR's shoes once he departs. And I have to question whether or not can Mosley make an immediate impact? We need quickness, athleticism............. and Starks 2.0!

Agreed, and I think that's why we're putting all our faith in a grad transfer pg, at least 2017 comes around. Realistically speaking I can't see why we wouldn't land one, whoever decided to come here would be guaranteed upwards 30 mins a game at a supposedly elite bball school.
