From what I saw, and didn't see, I don't think Bolden was even close to Mikael in terms of basketball skill. Bolden couldn't even start or get significant minutes on a mediocre high school team.

I think the Vine probably does a pretty good job of summing him up. The block is the reason why schools like Georgetown and K-State want to give him a chance. The boneheaded turnover is why his playing time gets limited. Nice little microcosm in about 4 seconds.
