Wow, what a wonderful article from Barker. He did a great job summing things up and really captured the excitement we should have heading into next season.

Another good article by Barker. I appreciate the emphasis that he correctly placed on the new system/attitude that JT3 brought as of April 20, 2004. As much as Odom has had an up and down career in the coaching ranks, the man knows CBB.

Great article. I think Barker and Ken have done a great job this year covering us. Yeah, I can throw in Camille too, when she wrote the articles.

Good article. Also check out DFW's season statistical wrapup / analysis on the Front Page. Particularly interesting is the points per possession analysis and correlation to wins versus losses: www.hoyasaxa.com/sports/bball.htm#news

Does anyone know how our rebounding margin compared with the past few years? Just curious. We really need help with our rebounding, but seeing the total alone doesn't really mean that much to me. It's the differential that matters most.

Those stats are available at the following link from DFW... www.hoyabasketball.com/stats/stats76.htmTwo of my favorites -- both good indicators of the promise of the Prince-town... 1.05 Assist-Turnover Ratio... highest since 1988-89 63% of Field Goals came off assists (by far the highest percentage in the last five years, although I didn't calculate it further than that). I look forward to next year, after this year has shown an early indication of Coach Thompson's ability to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. Next year, let's have the offense step it up a level, and the defense make the same transformation that this year's offense did.
