Otto's dad mentioned a younger brother last night "following in his footsteps". While some kids like to blaze their own path, this family seems pretty tight and might enjoy sending him to Gtown to play and watch big bro at Verizon. Any word on his size, abilities, etc.? You can bet he will be heavily recruited given the bloodlines.

article written 6 months ago: ""A lot of people make a big issue of the fact that he didn't play AAU ball," says Otto Sr., who now gets calls about his 14-year-old son, Jeffrey." we still got a lot of time left till we look at him

His big brother could watch out for him while in DC. Seems perfect as long as the Wizards cooperate...

Porter's big night propels Scott Central into Class 2 final four www.standard-democrat.com/story/2173526.htmlFARMINGTON -- It's no secret that Scott County Central's Jeffery Porter is at his best when the games matter most. It's something Bernie learned first hand when the junior went off for 34 second-half points in their Class 2, District 1 championship game. On Saturday, Valle Catholic was the latest team to get a personal demonstration as a 46-point effort from Porter prevented a late Warrior's charge in the state quarterfinals. Porter's big night and some key defensive stops by his teammates in the final minute sealed the 70-62 win that propels the reigning Class 1 state champions into the Class 2 final four. "He's just solid," Scott Central head coach Frank Staple said of Porter. "A lot of teams are going to have a tough matchup with Jeff. We put the ball in his hands a lot tonight and 46 points, that's impressive." Porter shot a healthy 15 of 25 (60 percent) from the floor and was 16 of 16 from the free throw line. That included 11 attempts in the fourth quarter where he put up 19 of his points. He also added six rebounds, three assists and four steals.
