Nice. He was such a great player in college. I feel fortunate to have seen his career.

What is the criteria for induction? 27 years since graduation?

A couple of other Georgetown connections in the induction class. Ken Sailors was the star of the Wyoming team that beat the Hoyas in the 1943 National Championship game. Joe B. Hall was the coach of the Kentucky team that lost to the Hoyas in the 1984 National Semifinal in a game that many view as the greatest defensive performance ever by a Hoya team. Hall attributed the team's inability to score to "extracerrestrial forces."

Pat was at Barclay's last night for a bit. Saw him walk over near our bench, say hello to a few people, and then walked back out to the tunnel.

Pat and Ralph stopped over to say hello to two fixtures at Hoya games - JTIII's sister and mother, then they sat front row across the court from the bench for the rest of the game. Long overdue honor IMO, but on the other hand, he was just inducted into the Cambridge Rindge & Latin HS HOF this past year too.
