Certainly didn't see that coming at the beginning of the season. I'm happy Monroe is getting his opportunity.

This league looks as if it is the place where Henry can be an all-star.

When is the last time we had 3 Hoyas go for double figures on the same night?

Quote from Vogel: "We're changing the identity of our basketball team -- dramatically," Vogel said. "We are a power post team, blood and guts, old school, smashmouth team, that plays with size, strength, speed, athleticism. We attack the basket." espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=310204011

Good weekend for Hoya alums as their NBA teams won at least one time and in some cases two. This plus the Hoyas win vs Provy and alum Bumbi finishing 2nd at the USA XC Nationals led to a great weekend.

Jeff Green currently 9th and about to pass Wingate for Hoya all time scoring in NBA.
Other than UCONN, have we had the best record for impact pros in the Big East this last decade? Marquette has been good...
Ohio State may change this given their personnel this yr...but despite putting Conley, Oden, Cook, Koufos, Turner, and Mullens in the league they have all struggled at times (although Conley coming along and Turner a rookie). Big 10 in general seems ok but not great in my general recollection (Gordon, Williams). Pac 10 pretty strong (Arenas, Love, Westbrook,Harden, OJ Mayo, Collison, Landry Fields, Lopez, Young, Derozan, Ariza, Holiday, Gibson, Frye, Affalo, Ridnour, Brooks,Jefferson...)
