That's the most fun I've had watching a Hoya game in a loooooooong time! Fun? I'd say nerve-wracking...until the end!

I wouldn't say we were awful in the last couple of minutes, there were a couple of bad breaks in there, but we definitely let up on defense and got a little too comfortable with the lead. Hopefully they will learn from that. Also if Henry dunks that bunny, game over And if Greg/Hollis make their wide open shots early on in the game, game over. Couldnt be happier about the game and the win, still feel like we should have won by more.

We should have won by more, but this team certainly has much better poise then you'd expect given its youth. And Sims? What can you say? Awesome!

Love breaking another home winning streak. They had won 20+ at home against noncons.

I just wish they could have cut away to show Pollard's reaction to Hollis's shot!!!

wow - hard to add much, just wow. In that last stretch, our shots - even Henry's would-be dunk - weren't falling. They were the same shots we built the lead with, but it was like they had an expiration date. By contrast, theirs were, and we didn't get any of those steals that had been such a big part of the game up to then.
That shot by Hollis was way big time. Likewise the one by Jason right before the Bama run. Wow.

The possession that Editeded me off was out of the TO when there were 8 seconds on the clock and the team played like they had 35!
But, when you win, all is forgiven. JT3 will remember that one though.

Great win, on the road against a top 12 team! The people who watched the game, including Bama fans, know the Hoyas controlled this game for all but those last two minutes. Even then, it was a Henry missed lay-up that allowed them to stay in it. I give Bama's defense credit, but this Hoyas team is better than I expected and is showing resolve I did not expect from such a young team. They did not fold up the tent after the 10-0 run, ran the play that was called and executed it to perfection. Hollis was the man at the end, but Henry was the monster all night.
Well done Hoyas!

You know what makes me feel even more awesome about this? Reading the number of right-after-the-shot tweets by the Hoyas in the pros.

the best coach in the country...JTIII. Careful... you might get in trouble for making outlandish statements like that.
