Superficial move. No one goes full contact more than 3 days a week anyway. Pretty much everyone just goes full contact twice a week as it is. Your typical D1 program practices like this:
Sunday: Day Off/Walkthrough and Corrections (Helmet and Shorts)
Monday: Walkthrough and corrections (Shells)/Day Off
Tuesday: Full Contact
Wednesday: Full Contact
Thursday: Shells
Friday: Travel/Walkthrough
Saturday: Game Day
