I guess Mike Rice and Coach Cox still have some work to do. Congratulations to Sydney and the Tigers for a strong opening win. www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/gametracker/recap/NCAAB_20101112_RUT@PRINCEExcerpt In beating Rutgers for the first time since Dec. 8, 2004, Princeton won just its second game in the last 12 meetings between the two schools.
Mavraides hit two foul shots to give Princeton a 67-65 lead to start OT and the Tigers never gave up the lead. Mavraides hit the last of his six three-pointers to make it 72-68 with 1:48 left.

A great night for the system. A strong Princeton is good for NCAA basketball. I remember going to games in Jadwin (which is a suspended floor) when the students would be crazy enough to make the rims shake. They have a tough one against the floor slappers coming up.
Still, what I hate is that if GU and PU ever both make the tourney and seeding is close enough, the Committee will give us GU/PU just to make a good story out of it. Barf.
