Have been working to set mine up all night*. No complaints thus far.

I also have to give kudos to the Apple store staff.

I tried stopping by this morning and the lines were ridiculous, so I went to work and said I'd take my chances after work.

Not only did they have phones in stock still in the evening, but it turns out making a reservation was actually worth something. I only waited about a half hour in the reservation line (the non-reservation line was MUCH slower), and this was at the Clarendon store, one of the busiest in this area.

Not only that, but if this was me, working all day with thousands of people, by the time 7:30 rolled around I'd have been pretty ornery. But everyone at the store was going out of their way to be extra nice. The store bought water, bananas and coffee for everyone waiting in line, and they weren't even trying to rush people through. I had a bunch of questions & my girl just sat down and answered everything.

It's not often you see truly outstanding customer service. I think it's worth noting when it happens.

Now AT&T on the other hand.......

I don't know what the hell is going on here, but it is awesome and mesmerizing. It offers a rather innovative solution to the whole antenna problem on the iPhone (about 1:10 in, but you really should watch the full two minutes).

I completely refudiate that video given that they have Steve Jobs wearing a collared shirt. The light sabers I'll buy, but come on, Steve Jobs in a collared shirt? Never gonna happen, EPIC FAIL.
