All in all, I think it's a bad idea. Get your degree kid or at least learn a foreign language cause the only place you're starting is outside of the US.

I'll be interested to see how this kid handles the next level. While he has a quick release and great range, I think he's going to be a 1-2 tweener -- he's not tall enough and too slight to start as an NBA shooting guard but probably doesn't have the handle and quickness to play and defend point guard.
Does this kid project as a Brandon Roy-type at the next level? Daniel Gibson? Rip Hamilton?
I'm not sold.
EDIT: Listening to ESPN Radio...Van Pelt and someone discussing Curry and comparing him to Steve Nash. Similar size, both from small schools, etc -- not sure I see that as accurate since I recall Nash being more of a true PG in college

Good for him. Longer he stays, more of the gaps in his game are exposed. Unlike players like Monroe or Griffin, Curry's potential is near maxed out. He can always get his degree. In this job market, take the guaranteed couple of million rather than risking injury/stock downgrade. Even as a big college basketball fan, there are times where I think the kid is making the right move leaving early. This is one of them.
