No, we do not want Michael Avery. He is vastly overrated and should not have even gotten an offer from Kentucky. Mark my words, if he blows up, then it'll be good that we were recruiting him now, but as of right now, not worth a 2012 schollie.

If this is the present state of recruiting, then I don't see why not build relationships for the future. IMO, I cannot see JT3 "offering" a scholarship to 9th grader.

Maybe he's really smart and can graduate early, like this year, and join us as a 15 or 16 year old next year. Maybe he has a 6th grade brother we can look at too.

This thread is silly, except that Encino is the town next to mine, so I wonder where he'll be attending high school.

This thread is silly, except that Encino is the town next to mine, so I wonder where he'll be attending high school. He goes to Crespi.....not my favorite since they were a league rival of my high school's, but as I understand it, I think he should have been a sophomore this year....
