I would have preferred funding this with a tax on Whoppers, Big Macs and melty, cheesy chalupas.
Oh, sure. Pile on the smokers. We're practically a Harijan class already anyway. Who give a crap, right?

So do people whose diet consist in large part of Whoppers, Big Macs and cheesy, melty chalupas. Which also probably - today - pose a greater health risk to children than cigarettes. |

An extra 62 cents? Wowza. I am amazed at how expensive cigarettes are now. Glad I don't smoke. That habit will drive you to bankruptcy, if you survive long enough.
