I wonder if the Chevy Chase people tabling in Leavey know about the change. They don't actually try to solicit anyone so they must be doing something with their time.

Anybody know about Cap One's branch/atm coverage nationally? I.e., what are the options like outside of the DC area?

I noticed a bunch of them back in New York last weekend, C2C. Not sure about their national presence.

Per their website, they have branches in NY, NJ, LA (the one on the gulf), TX, CT, and VA (McLean was the closest one I found to DC).
