Instead of worrying about silly distractions like the Barack Obama Secret Police Force of Hope and Change (tm), here is a good way to evaluate a President: Is he doing what he said he's going to do?

I can actually think of a few more campaign promises that didn't make this list....and there are a few on here that I wouldn't mind him breaking (it's not always a bad thing when a President breaks a campaign promise)....but this list is a pretty good measuring stick for the Obama first term. (EDIT: for the most part; some of these things are obviously longer term initiatives, but we can see if he is working toward them in the first term at least).
