My sympathies to the 9,500, but DHL sucks. My company, and most of our vendors and partners, stopped using them more than two years ago. Awful, awful service.

This certainly hurts in a time of economic crisis. I always used DHL for international package delivery, and never used them for domestic delivery. Guess that's one reason they are leaving.
