Some entertaining stuff from the 2004 election.
Of note:
1. Not a single thread longer than 2-3 pages. This year, we have 18 pages & counting.....just on Sarah Palin!
I, of course, blame DFW for this.
2. The (in)famous 2004 exit polling.
Man, if I was a Kerry supporter, I'd STILL be p-i-s-s-e-d about that!
3. Fun predictions about battleground states and even that the election might possibly come down to....Hawaii!
I'll take some responsibility for that ludicrous notion.
4. Interesting thoughts about how polls of "likely voters" are irrelevant and that Kerry would do much better than they indicated.
Sound familiar?
5. Discussions of whether it was appropriate or not to have Jerry Falwell and Al Sharpton speaking at the respective conventions.
Our religious discussions have obviously come a long way since then.
Anyway, just a little bit of fun if you're not too busy at work.
