Clearly AI. With all due respect to our other PGs, it's not even close. He had his faults but AI had the best handle of any Hoya ever.

No way Shenard's high dribble qualifies. I know you were joking. You were joking right? Of course. But seriously, Vernon Macklin.

I've often said to my cousin and brother, "The league is very lucky that Allen Iverson can’t shoot or dribble. Because if he had Hardaway or Kenny Anderson type handle and even a half-way decent shooting touch, it would totally be unfair.” Allen Iverson is a superb athlete. Great Handle? Certainly not… Give me Joey Brown’s handle over Iverson’s…

Gotta agree with Aggy, AI was barely above a one to one A/TO ratio.heck i think he may a record for turnovers as a freshman. give me John Duren any day. i think he had over or close to 250 assists his senior year, and barely i believe 50 turnovers. and most of those were because Frazier and Spriggs had stone fingers. I'm told Jim Brown was pretty impressive in his day. Joey Bhad a good handle except when he had to give the ball up.
