It sounds easier than it really is, but as of right now, the longest streak ever is 49. There is also a consecutive Homer contest, but I't think that one is totally ridiculous -- It's something like 11 days in a row3. In any case, it's free and you never know. A friend of mine tinkered with the numbers and he said that if you are 90% accurate -- that is to say that 90% of the time, you can choose a player who does get a hit that day, then you have roughly a 1 in 400 chance of winning the million bucks.
