This appears to be the first Hoyas game this season that I can't find on any TWC channel here- any idea if Village Pourhouse will have it on?

pourhouse has picked up all of the other MASN games, so I'd think so.

I don't know if this is the right place to bitch about this, but can I just put it out there that Village Pourhouse has been pretty awful for game watching the two times I've been there (Memphis and Cuse?) Took over an hour to get a burger both times, and drink orders weren't much better. And to my waitress - yes, you are quite attractive and seemingly very friendly, but that doesn't make me feel better when my beer glass has been empty for 20 minutes (during an awful game, no less), and I'm hungry! And to the manager, you are seemingly very friendly as well, though not nearly as attractive, but the same point remains.
I'm done. It's like Bar Louis comes to NYC.

at the not-so-secret-anymore alternative gamewatch locale, the view is much better, so is the food, and the service is excellent.
and to you, old guy at the pourhouse watching the Providence game, I can only hope I have the same enthusiasm as you do at your age.

I gave up on the Pourhouse last year. Too long between drinks and too hard to get good a veiw of the game. Bounce is right down the street and has a strong loyal Hoya following for all the games. You can call in advance and reserve a table.

haha Hoya06 - i was there was well for Providence. That guy was FIRED up. But someone I was with said one of the two older gentlemen was former CEO of Toys r Us and Blockbuster, and is now Dean of the Pace Business School or something...just what I heard.
I like Pourhouse, but they need actual help to serve food and drinks and not solely the dude in the hibbert jersey. I mean, if they have real help then it is a good place, but otherwise it leaves a lot to be desired. It was GREAT last year though...just high as hell energy. I just think during the bad games, it hits a lull and the bar doesn't fully commit to the program.
what is the alternate gamewatch place? Otherwise, I will likely be at the PHizzle tomorrow.

Not sure if this has already been posted, but the game appears to be on Ch 5 (ABC) in Boston today at noon - at least according to my Comcast guide.
