How are sentences that begin "To me..." and "I could care less..." stating facts? They are personal opinions. They hate on Jeff Green. You got called out. Deal with it.

Writing about Jeff Green, "He was an arrogant player who only talked at times and seemed to think he was the sh**," was really manly of you, no? I can only assume that you interviewed Jeff and gave him ample opportunity to respond to your allegations. This interview must have been one of those times he talked, because you convey very strong "hata" (whatever that is) emotion in issuing your warning to Green, "So long and don't come back." I'm sure you said that to his face too. Look guy, it's not that I don't like you; I'm sure that in person you're a great guy, guy. What really grinds my gears, though, is that you try to gain profit from an inexplicably given press-pass (don't tell me you don't try to get profit, because just the access is worth a lot, not to mention the Atlanta Hawks shoes you tried to pass off on Georgetown fans), and you voluntarily post your drivel on a public forum. Your goal for this, it would seem, is to inform others of your opinion on basketball related matters. Then, after letting us know of your views, you get offended that we dare comment on these views in *gasp* writing! Well, before you continue your budding career in journalism (and before the remedial English class in which you will doubtless have to enroll), let me clue you in on something: people will respond in kind to your opinions. If you trash Jeff Green using the pen, and people take exception, then those people will trash you using the pen. Instead of calling people out and making lame "say it to my face" challenges, grow a set and suck it up when people call you out, guy. Oh yeah, I almost forgot; it also grinds my gears that you are a Jeff Green hater. |
