My wife (Dartmouth 86) wins household bragging rights, in a walkover. Our three year olds now will be yelling "Go Green!" Yuck.

Don't feel too bad--the Nats took two of three from the Cubs.
44,000 at the old ball park on a Sunday afternoon in Washington. Not bad.

GU did itself no favors by losing its last home game of the year to JHU; I maintain had that not happened, this quarterfinal would have been played on North Kehoe to a very different tune, to say the least. Tough loss for the gals; hope Ricky Fried is counseling them well and preparing for a return to the FF next year...

Dartmouth's win over GU was their last of the 2005 season: the Green went down to #1 Northwestern tonight, 8-4. The Wildcats will take on UVA (15-13 winners over Duke) in the finals.
