It seems like the women have a lot of pretty good underclassmen and one potential superstar coming back for next year, so they should probably be back on the medal stand based solely on existing talent: unfortunately it doesn't look like they recruited anyone who has the times to help immediately.
The men seem to have one true superstar, a pretty good debole returining(I guess), and one super recruit-really a long dis guy though. Unfortunately it doesn't seem that they have any other returning runners that are at an elite level or seem to be improving towards that status(many seem to be regressing). Their relay medal stand outlook next year looks more unceratain.
Hopefully recruiting is not finished.

FYI GEORGETOWN team had an unlucky weekend, the reason why bonners 400 time is so slow is becasue he got tripped and fell back wards before handing the baton to lagrenade.
Surprisingly, the same thing happened in the 4X800, thats why we were 10 seconds back, BOnner, the first leg fell and rolled around takin a good 8-10 seconds off his time as well as making the 2nd an 3rd leg have to run the race alone in last place. Lukezic caught a few people but,,, the HOYAS definelty could have won without that fall. Oh well we always have next year

Hoya3, thanks for the update. I figured something like that happened. Too bad it happened to Chris Bonner. He seems to be a tough runner. The two Chrises seem to be made out of the same mold - gutsy runners.
