Rebounds in the first half are somewhere around 30 for UConn (15 offensive) and 15 for Georgetown. UConn is playing like they have 8 guys on the court... anytime there is a loose ball or errant pass or rebound, they have a guy in the right spot to get it. it doesnt help that we layed absolute bricks in the first half. I think we hit one 3 pointer. I like what I see from Bowman though, he has taken his guy to the rack 5-6 times in the first half but missed the layup because his shot was altered by Villenueva or Boone. All I can say for that is maybe he should stop trying to make the shot and start drawing contact. Either that or stop laying the ball in and just flush it.

We played with a lot of heart to battle back...we dove on every ball and faught all the way to the wire. I am proud of their effort. Sometimes shots don't fall...they certainly did in the second half though. Glad to see we can play through a bad shooting stretch.

If we played with the intensity we had the last three minutes, we wouldn't won the game.
