"Howard Dean is like the old reel-to-reel tape in “Mission Impossible.” He gave the rest of the candidates their instructions and then self-destructed. In doing so, he may have helped save the party and the country. Thanks Howard." www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3449870/

I dislike Dean almost as much as I dislike Bush and probably would have voted for Bush in the general. However, I do give kudos for Dean for standing up when it was unpopular to do so and for showing the way for other Democrats. I look forward to seeing what he can accomplish with his grassroots movement. At the very least, hopefully he can convince Green Party members to come back home.

i was no real fan of dean's either, but there's no way i would have voted for bush instead. dean really did force the other dem's to campaign as dem's. nonetheless, i could never come to embrace dean's fiery, but flimsy, anti-war position.
