Granted, these don't in and of themselves take away from his argument, but I have a hard time trusting the intellectual rigor and honesty of a man who believes Men and Dinosaurs walked the earth at the same time (and who thinks George Bush is a visionary and calls the people who talk about race and Katrina "race rats," but that's another story).

Fair enough, but are you going to believe ESPN, who reported the incorrect facts in the Duke Case for 6 months or however long, or someone who actually lives in Jena, whatever else he believes in?
