Teen's social-networking site a hit with high schoolersMyYearbook battles it out with Facebook, MySpace to be the online place to meet www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2007/07/23/BUGU1R465P39.DTLI think she'll do okay: Not many teenagers raise $4.1 million in funding at the same time they're learning how to drive. Or attend a business meeting the morning before their senior prom. Or appear on CNBC and then return to school to take a calculus test. --------- Cook plans to study international business in autumn. The incoming freshman is already scheduled to speak before Georgetown's graduate school of business.

Thats great for her.
You know, sometimes I wonder, How the HELL did I end up at Georgetown? I did some things at school but nothing compared to some of my classmates. My grades were great but so were many other people's. I am not a legacy, nor did my parents donate a lot of money (and they never will, that burden will happily be mine) so there is nothing that makes me special. I know on the board we have read some pretty disgusting articles about kids doing crazy thing to get into college. I got in EA in December 2002 and (I love Georgetown, it was my first choice school) it seemed pretty easy.
Again, great she is succeeding, I hope she kicks butt.

We let this kid in, but we can't let in Alyssa Milano or Debbie Gibson???
Look what THEY accomplished before they turned 18.
Admissions is still screwed up!!
