I was most impressed by Professor Freeman Dyson being commencement speaker for the grad school (of arts and sciences).
Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Freeman Dyson, Professor of Physics, Institute for Advanced Studies, Princeton University
Dyson has done extensive work in quantum field theory and worked in mathematics, astrophysics, climatology, public policy, and evolution. He is the author of numerous books, including The Sun, the Genome and the Internet and Infinite in All Directions. He has been awarded 21 honorary degrees and in 2000 he won the Templeton Prize for Progress in Religion. He is a fellow of the American Physical Society, a member of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, and a fellow of the Royal Society of London.
