do the big east tourney get all 12 teams this year?i know there was questions if st john's was going to play or not?if they do not go,does the top 10 go and the 11th place team not make it or how is it going to go this year?

i think we all play not sure about st johns and big east post season i think they are not supposed to play so some byesl go hoyas beat howard not so easy

As St. John's declared itself ineligible for the post-season last month, only 11 should play, although SJU is appealing this with the conference. If St. John's appeal is denied, the same number of Wednesday games would be played, and would likely mean that the #4 team does not receive a bye into Thursday's game.
2006 is another story. Only the top 12 of 16 teams are invited. The program cannot afford (figuratively and literally) to be out of that top 12.
