I'd love to see us pull out a couple more wins this season and I think we are definitely capable of it. Whether or not we will is an entirely different story, but Im hoping the team can come together and at least beat Davidson and Holy Cross.
What do you think?

We destroyed Davidson at home last year and we can do it again away this year. What I really want is a win against Holy Cross who we lost to last year. It is also the last home game and therefore, I think, senior goodbye game. Just for the seniors I want us to win against Holy Cross if we are only going to get one more win this season.

I agree completely, we should beat davidson and that game against Holy Cross at home would be a great win to end the season. It would be really nice to end the season on a postive note and have the seniors go out with a good win at home.

Yes, a win in the final game vs. Holy Cross would make the off season a little more tolerable for everyone: The seniors go out on a winning note; the team doesn't go "O-fer" in the Patriot League (I'm not too confident about Fordham next week and Lehigh, well....). These guys are too good to perform like this. Who else breaks through so cleanly on a perfectly executed punt block that it gives the punter the opportunity to adjust and take off with the ball for nearly 30 yards? The actual fake punt a bit later was a pure demonstration of no respect for the Hoya offense...and, of course, it worked.

Why not add Fordham to the list... if we play confident and agressive, like we did against VMI, we might just catch them looking ahead... their next games at Bucknell. How does 3 more wins sound?

Quite frankly, 3 more wins sounds amazing! I just don't see it happening. If we can get 2 more wins, one of them being the home regular season finale against Holy Cross I will be happy considering how difficult the season has been.

I would agree with GU2007. This team only seems to win when they dominate. If it begins as a close game (i.e Lafayette, Bucknell, Monmouth), they seem to make a few big mistakes (or fall victim to horrible luck) and dig a hole that they cannot escape. Of their remaining games, I see only two that they could possibly dominate--Davidson & Holy Cross. Unless they reverse the trend I described, I only see two more possible wins. It sure makes me a little ill to say that.
