i am worried about oral roberts, because the small gym,and the three pointer. everyone will be rootig for them, and they can shoot the ball well. we must defend the three. that said,if we play like we can,i think we can win.we need to try to get this game and take it one at a time litterally. i hope for 3 wins, but 2-1 would be pretty good i think.
go hoyas!!!!!!!

One note- it's not a small gym like you see in those televised preseason tournaments in Hawaii such as the Maui Invitational at Chaminade's gym. The Stan Sheriff Center holds 10,300. I agree with many of your points though. The crowd will most likely be rooting for the lesser known ORU. Impressive "Sea of White" they have going in this pic

I'm worried about the layoff for finals for the Hoyas plus the jet lag and it being on the road for both the Tigers and the Hoyas.

Duke and NC don't Clemson is one of the outcast schools in the ACC in its original configuration. Tobacco Road is reviled by Clemson fans. NC is hated almost as much as archrival SC by many fans. Clemson's finals were over by midweek last week.... they've played 3 games since last Saturday now. Cliff Hammonds has gotten ACC Rookie of the Week for the past 2 weeks.

If so that gives them an advantage over teams that are still at home and playing games I would think.
Of course, Hawaii gets the ultimate advantage.

2007, Were you in town over Thanksgiving break?
If you were and you were wearing a blue wig then I got your picture at one point during the game.
Let me know and I'll email it to you.

Yeah, I was at the Citadel game over break and I think I was the only one wearing a wig in the student section that game.
If you could send me the pic that would be awesome. My email is kwm23@georgetown.edu
Thanks

Getting back to departure times, press reports say Clemson left for Atlanta last night after the game (Atlanta is 128 miles or so) to crash in a hotel. They had a non-stop flight from ATL to Honolulu this a.m.
As I find other departure times for other teams I'll post them as well.
