You may need to subscribe to see the article, but I've excerpted the part that pertains to Green. The facts regarding JG's recruitment sound a little off (didn't Esh sign him?), but the praise is good to see nonetheless: FRESHMAN TO WATCH
Wait until you see Georgetown's Jeff Green.
In three games last week, he averaged 15.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.3 blocks. He's 6-8 and plays big, small and in-between.
New Georgetown coach John Thompson III, who is running a lot of the Princeton stuff, got Green very late in the recruiting day. Even though he came in completely under the radar of most recruiting gurus, Green is going to be a star.
Green played at Northwestern High in Hyattsville, Md., the same school that produced Maryland's Len Bias.www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/sports/10421910.htm

Yeah, Esh did recruit Jeff Green. He was seen at Jeff's Games at Northwestern along with former assisant Mike Riley. Jeff also had committed whiley Esh was still the coach here.
I can't wait until we play UCONN. I want to see Jeff go against Rudy Gay.
