I hope Wright chews him out non-stop if he isn't playing aggressive.

No drifting back behind the three-point line, big fella! Can you imagine if he came back this year with a jumper to add to his resume? Not only incredibly goofy looking, but deadly as well! I can dream can't I? ;D

I can dream can't I? ;D didn't he have a sweet jumper in the OSU game this year? I think he's going to benefit a lot from Wright as his coach. Even if he is the coach of Villanova (ew), I feel like Wright will not let his college's ego get in the way, and will coach Roy to the fullest. Maybe he won't tell Roy all the tricks he's used to shut him down, but he's obviously figured out a way to do it. You don't think he's going to teach Roy more and show him how to beat out the kind of defense he runs? Plain and simple, come November, Roy is going to be nothing short of a manimal.

Guys--the idea is to help kids and they want to win. Jay Wright already knows what he's going to know about Roy Hibbert--it's not as if Roy is some newcomer--you still have to go out and play and Roy will learn some things and benefit from this experience. Wright is a good coach and cares about winning this as all coaches do---Roy will do fine. I like to give Wright crap and think he gets a bit more praise then he should in Big East based on the other coaches who have accomplished some great things, but he's not going to learn anything more about Roy on the court then he did prior to entering this event--except to see Roy might be even better then he thought. He'll learn about him as a person and that is something cool about events like this.
Good luck Roy--and I'm with MCI-I hope Jay screams at Roy if he is passive.

Uggh the ball hit the dirt?? That is kinda embarassing. I know hes nasty enough at hoops to not care about baseball, but to not be able to throw the rock 60 feet? Oh well, who cares anyway.

You don't think he's going to teach Roy more and show him how to beat out the kind of defense he runs? I was thinking the same thing. If Jay W knows how to get players to effectively guard Roy, he should certainly be able to teach Roy what to watch out for and improve upon so he doesn't get corralled in the same way on the Pan Am.

Didn't United buy Pan Am like 15 years ago? Why do they still have games?
