9:00 PM in the Garden and on ESPN2, playing in the Jordan All-American Classic.
Unless they messed up their Chris Wrights, they won't be playing on the same team. I really don't get why the All-Star teams don't play them together.

I would have like to see them play together as well, but I am glad that CW is on the team he is on. He would hav had to split more minutes on the other team. With OJ mayo not playing that opens minutes as well. Many people complained about Chris making the game over Kalin Lucas from Michigan who will be on his team. I cannot wait to see this kid play since all the Mich people bitched about him not being in the burger game. I predict a big game for CHris

Patterson slammed Mayo. It was comedy. When he was asked if he would go to USC to play with OJ Mayo, he basically said HELLLLLLL NO!

Thanks for the heads up! I'm glad trigger-happy Mayo is not there.

In-game thread?
Freeman = #5 on the team with dark jerseys (referred to as "yellow", probably for the trim on the jerseys) Wright = #3 on the team with white jerseys (referred to as "blue")
There is another Chris Wright on Austin's team. Don't be fooled.

Yeah, I don't want to hear how these guys are ball hogs. They have the best passes on their respective teams. They're looking for cutters and making some good reads.
I'd love to know how some of these guys made their clubs. This Koufos kid is this year's Zoubek.
Donte Greene is good, but a bit of a tweener right now. He could either be really good in college or a disappointment. I don't see middle ground.
Fisher is not precise, but he gets the job done.

Alright, I'll make the sweeping statement based on a half of high school all-star game basketball: let's run more.
Wright looks great passing in the open floor and we already know Sapp wants us to fly. It obviously depends who returns but man, there are a lot of ways to kill teams if it all falls right.
On the NBA front, see any one-and-dones here? Not-our-Chris-Wright might be the closest although there isn't a Mayo or Beasley out here. Very athletic but raw bunch it looks like.

Not-our-Chris-Wright has no game beyond the tin. Athletically, he's there, but he needs to become a player.
On edit, Freeman has been running Green's Gilbert Arenas drill. LOL.

Freeman is having trouble getting a good shot up. Overall though it looks like Wright and Freeman are taking what the defense gives them and they are looking pretty unselfish while playing with skilled teammates.

Is anyone else getting as excited as I am watching this game!? Austin has taken over over the past few possessions. Chris has been getting a ton of props from the announcers.
Very, very promising...
So much more entertaining since OJ isn't playing.
