At this rate, if we had one BET game and no postseason tournament (the most pessimistic, though not likeliest scenario), Jessie would need to average just 13 points per game to eclipse the 1,000 point mark.
If he were to keep up his (likely unsustainable) 20ppg average, he'd hit 1,000 at Providence on 2/6.

I'm excited to see where Jessie ends up on the all time 3pt made list. Clearly bigs play in a different way then those in the past but he could end up pretty high.
Also that 3FG% is impressive, especially since it is a shot he takes relatively often.

I’ve been using that same one, plus checking where LJ wound up to make sure his stats are accounted for.
For Marcus and Jessie, I’m primarily using ESPN game logs, and adding to what’s on here.

On the three point list for Jesse, have you accounted for Rodney Prior's 84 three pointers from last year? Also, have you included Tre Campbell's 53 career threes?

Cambridge is the one that added in the made 3s, and I’m not sure where he got the top 50 numbers from (the old Hoya basketball page only has top 25).
For Marcus, it’s OBE, but worthwhile to make sure those are accounted for on Jessie.
Cambridge, can you let us know where those came from?

After @xavier,
Jessie is at: - 912 points, 57th all time, passing Dwayne Bryant, Nat Burton, and Steve Martin. Next up, Steve Sullivan with 922. - 521 rebounds, 30th all time, passing DSR. After @pc, Seton Hall, and butler: Jessie is at: - 967 points, 50th all time, passing Jessie Sapp, Anthony Perry, and others. Next up, Ruben Boumtje-Boumtje (973). - 547 rebounds, 27th all time, passing Ya Ya Dia, Greg Monroe, and Boubacar Aw. Next up, Jameel Watkins with 557. - 96 blocks, breaking into the top 20 in a tie with Mikael Hopkins for 19th (passing Henry Sims). Next up is Greg Monroe (97). Marcus is at: - 864 points, up to 62nd all-time. Next up, Dwayne Bryant (911). - 470 rebounds, climbing from 56th to 44th over the last 3 games (passing, among others, Otto, Jessie Sapp, Dajuan Summers, and Austin Freeman. Next up, Ralph Dalton (473). - 107 made threes, 19th all time. Next up, Victor Page with 116 Current Hoyas in the top 100 for made 3's: - Marcus Derrickson, 107, 19th. - Jamorko Pickett, 45, 39th - Jahvon Blair, 41, 41st - Jessie Govan, 39, 45th. Weird stat finding... only 74 Hoyas have hit at least 10 career 3's, which means that 7 current Hoyas (including Jagan, Kaleb, and Jonathan) are in the top 75, and Trey Dickerson is only a couple of made 3's away from joining them.

While unlikely, looks like Jessie is entering into the red zone when it comes to the 1000 point mark. He needs just 33 points.

Jessie is at: - 96 blocks, breaking into the top 20 in a tie with Mikael Hopkins for 19th (passing Henry Sims). I'm surprised in how quietly he's done this. Hopkins gets a lot of recognition for his defense around here and Jessie is tied with him with a few games to go of his junior season. Marcus is at: - 470 rebounds, climbing from 56th to 44th over the last 3 games (passing, among others, Otto, Jessie Sapp, Dajuan Summers, and Austin Freeman. Next up, Ralph Dalton (473). So Marcus is a better rebounder than DaJaun at the same stage of their careers, not that DaJuan was a good rebounder, but again, nice to see this because he's gone from 4.4 rpg last year to 8.1 this year. Again, Pat has been great in motivating and teaching Marcus on how to take his game to another level (cliché and all). Great job, Pat, staff and Marcus! Current Hoyas in the top 100 for made 3's: - Marcus Derrickson, 107, 19th. - Jamorko Pickett, 45, 39th - Jahvon Blair, 41, 41st - Jessie Govan, 39, 45th. I'm thinking Pat's era will bring a lot of players into the Top 100 for made 3s. I like.

JT3 was sliding Lubick over to the 5 alot then because Whttington, Porter , Hollis were long and you could play zone.
