they are saying Jeff traveled on that last shot, but Air Jordan used to do that all the time.

Great game, but since when is switching pivot feet not a walk? If I were in your shoes I would feel cheated. But, lucky me, I ate the banana.

Great game, but since when is switching pivot feet not a walk? Very rarely does one call cost a team the game. The refs were consistently bad on both ends of the court.

One of the two guys guarding Green on the last shot was saddled up, so call it even.

I'll take the cheap charge on Roy. Vandy can take the travel.

No travel, Jeff was getting fouled. How about the 3 charges in the first half? Total BS (at least Roy's was).

the travel no-call is no worse than the 3 bs foul calls that almost handed the game to vandy.
Now, back to Jeff. I was at home watching with Mrs. Doublehoya, and with two minutes left (or right after when Roy fouled out) Jeff did something -- I said to Mrs. Double . . . watch Jeff the rest of the game, he will will us to victory -- that is why he is going to be a multi-millionaire very soon (hopefully not too soon).
Jeff was AMAZING. It has been a long time (Iverson?) since the Hoyas have had a player that the Coach could just know, if the ball is in his hands as the clock ticks down, the Hoyas are in good shape.
Not happy we only won by one (lost $50 on that), but a win is a win is a win. And I'm Jersey bound for Sunday's game!!
Go Hoyas Go Roy Go Jeff Go Green Go LIC Go Meadowlands!!

Everyone on Vanderbilt, everyone in the arena, and everyone watching on TV knew that Jeff was getting the ball and looking to shoot it. And he still managed to get the shot off and win the game. How awesome is that?
And, travel schmavel. He was getting hacked to death before the purported travel.

I brought a Seton Hall alum with me to the game and told him right after Cage made those free throws, and we were coming out of that timeout that if we weren't putting the ball into Jeff's hands for the last shot, I'd be very worried we'd lose. I hate to say it, but seeing him do this vs. 'Nova, et al almost makes me expect this from him automatically every time.
No one saw a travel violation, but we were all gasping with relief that there was no foul called on the contact on Vandy when they tried to heave that desperation shot.
