Did anyone else (not students) not receive their tickets on time? The reason I missed the game tonight was our season tickets have not arrived (although they have been paid for a long time ago) in the mail. We are trying to get a refund for this game but I want to know if we are the exception or the rule?

Check to see if you could pick them up at the arena. I know some folks who were able to do that...

We had to pick ours up at the MCI center tonight, and even that was fraught with problems. See the "Season Ticket Holders" thread for my theory on why Kim Frank insists on doing this to us every year.

I was told that they would be sent to me via UPS last week. I called the ticket office yesterday and was told to pick them up at will call pre-game. But I wouldn't have known that unless I had called to find that out. Mind-boggling.

This has to be a small reason why only 6300 showed up last night. Being on a Monday doesn't help, but we need more then 30% of MCI to be filled against a team like Temple.
