OOC: Fairfield at Fordham Michigan vs. Army Oregon vs. Portland
BE: West Virginia vs. MD Eastern Shore Rutgers at North Carolina (this will get ugly) Louisville vs. San Francisco Notre Dame vs. Rider St. John's vs. Boston University
Both! Oral Roberts vs. Seton Hall (neutral)
I'm assuming we want SHU to beat ORU because SHU plays more common BE opponents than ORU?

On one hand, I agree. On the other hand... a road win against Seton Hall could bolster ORU's RPI enough to make them a top-100 OOC win at the end of the season.

Rutgers looked horrible...it was hard to watch more than 2 minutes of that game I watched a lot of the first half. UNC's man defense is ridiculously good.

Not "of interest" but BC just lost to Duquesne in OT. HAHA Sounds like somebody moved into the wrong "Atlantic" conference.

Not "of interest" but BC just lost to Duquesne in OT. HAHA Sounds like somebody moved into the wrong "Atlantic" conference. I despise the school as much as the next guy, but to be fair, Jared Dudley was out with a stress fracture, Akida McClain was out with a sprained ankle (happened the first game back from his 9 game suspension) and John Oates was out with a foot injury. That's most of their starting front line. Even so, a loss to Duquesne at home is, well, embarrassing. There is always a silver lining. ;D

Lizziebeth, I watched the whole game That, and along with flipping to Hofstra-St. Joe's during commercials... I think that qualifies me as a CBB addict. Was anyone else surprised at how many dunks Rutgers got, or was it just me? It seemed like that's the only way they scored. Hill and N'Diaye looked pretty athletic to me, and both have decent ups. Their guards, however... sheesh. Any kind of on the ball pressure and they spazz out like nothing else.

Duquesne was playing without their head coach and after having their team rocked by the shootings earlier this year. And BC lost in double OT - meaning they had at least 3 shots to win a game against a team without their head coach and a short bench and couldn't do so. In a related note - BC fans can pick up their NIT tickets beginning next week.

Also not of interest in the ACC: The Twerps beat Mt. St. Mary's 91-50 and the my24 Baltimore (aka Fox 5 out of DC) announcers act like they're going to be in the Final Four.
Clemson beat UGA 75-60.

i watched the end on the st. john's- BU game. St. johns only had to hit one free throw of two to win the game and they missed both. however they pulled it out in OT. real ugly low scoring game.

Maybe BC and the Twerps can play each other in the NIT and you can hope for a meteor. It doesn't matter, SC has the 3-peat at the NIT wrapped up already.

I too despise BC, but I'm not sure that any Hoya fan is currently in a position to be making NIT jokes about other schools in light of our pre-conference performance to date.
