Ebanks has listed Hoyas in his top 5 consistently since after Shoe Camps--he's a big time prospect that would bring Georgetown their most athletic WF ever--the kid can really glide, drive, and do things we haven't seen on Hilltop from a WF since Reggie Williams but Ebanks isn't quite as dominant as Reggie--but probably more athletic in terms of finishing at the rim. Shot has improved and is a 6'8 kid with frame similar to Rudy Gay.
Morris is a more chiseled, not quite as skilled Mike Sweetney. Has toned up a great deal since last year--saw him in the tournament on MLK day televised by CSTV. Has great hands like Mike, but not quite the post player/scorer--tremendous rebounder and skills for a young big man though--pretty good passer and good team player.
Interesting side note in Ebanks recruitment is that he's played AAU Ball with another Hoya recruit--Samardo Samuels. Samuels for those who don't follow recruiting is an '08 prospect as well and has already taken an unofficial visit to see Hoyas play this year.
All 3 are kids I'd love see end up as Hoyas--but Ebanks would be #1 on my list--kid has outstanding game now--and potential to be a top player in country with more work on jumpshot.

Ebanks + Samuels has to be the dream finish to the '08 class right now. No doubt it'll be a dogfight to get either though.

Hilary Haley (a former Friendly HS, East Carolina recruit - scout.scout.com/a.z?s=47&p=8&c=1&nid=1985984) was at the game as well - sitting in the young alum section w/ the uncle of navy fr. guard Derek Young (#1). He said he is taking a fifth year at a prep school in Atlanta.
