I hear JJ's got some free time now that he's not trying out for Team USA...maybe we even get a poem written about us?

"15. Connecticut It is not a rebuilding period for Jim Calhoun ... it is re-loading, baby!"
I think I just died a little bit inside.

Vitale is such a dope. He has UMCP at #40 and says they will "bounce back strong." I hate to tell ya, Dookie, but at #40 they'll be in jeopardy of a third-straight NIT bid. That ain't bouncing back "strong" by any means.
That said, I hope he's right!

"John Thompson III has done a nice job and he has talent up front in Roy Hibbert and Jeff Green." nice! a Nice Job! I think it's a hell of a lot more than just a nice job. also he thinks florida will repeat but has them at number 2? ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png)

My issues:
1. UNC - yes, some freshmen-heavy teams gel, like Michigan, but some conflict like Seton Hall. Even that amount of uncertainty has to be enough to be behind the Gators.
3. Kansas - Really? Number 3? Not as much talent as everyone thinks, I'm sorry, but Bill Self needs to prove something first.
4. OSU - See #1. At least UNC has a ton of returning talent.
5. UCLA - Farmar did leave, right? I suppose that's recoverable, but didn't Hollins graduate as well?
Guess I have issues with three of the top five.

I'm not disappointed with the ranking, I'm more concerned where will be at the end.
But what bothers me is that if Duke, Kansas or UNC was returning the type of 'Heat' that we have coming back, they'd be in the top 3 easily...
My dark-horse for next season...Kentucky Wildcats...they go into the Dean-Dome next season and win by 8...

Typically Dukie V analysis. No real thought, just 1-2 sentences of catch phrases.

"3. Kansas Rock, chalk, Jayhawk! They will be rocking and rolling in Lawrence as Bill Self's team is loaded."
What does that even mean? I think it means "I'm a nonsensical idiot"

Dookie-V is an idiot, I don't care where he ranks the Hoyas.
