it may be interesting to some b/c UC is losing almost 12 pts per game. UC plays in our conference, therefore it has an affect on Gtown bball you're not the illest

Yet another reason why UC was stupid not to hire Andy Kennedy. The poor guy did everything you could ask of someone put in his situation.

I think they wanted to cut all ties to Huggy, although Kennedy seems like a good guy. Doesn't seem like a Ole Miss guy, but there's no place like home.

Wow, didn't know Cronin was a Cronie!! ha ha ha. Seriously, Cronin lost some local guys here that were going to Murray.

Downey's transfer is very pertinent to us. He was easily Cinci's best returning player.

Way its the offseason, if you keep asking that question there won't be too many interesting posts on this board.

Look, folks. If it isn't about _way's secret crush G-Mac, or his "I love him so much I'm going to mock him to hide my passion" target Rudy Gay, _way doesn't want to talk about it. Sure, his act is tired, short-sighted, and confusing at best, but... its his act.

It is interesting because one of downey's first choices is now wake forest, one of the leaders for 2007 guard chris wright. If downey does to wake, that leaves 1 less ACC school to take Wright. With only NC State and Maryland left in the ACC race as I see it, Georgetown's shot would be that much better at a guard of his caliber now that the Scottie Reynolds situation looks worse as Reynolds has stated he likes the Capel signing at Oklahoma.

UC will not let Downey go to Wake. One reason I've heard is "illegal contact" between Wake and Downey, though Prosser is very by the books so I have a hard time believing it. Prosser was UC's first choice for their open head coach position, so it's easy to see the hate between the schools when Prosser turned them down. Downey will probably follow Kennedy to Miss, so we're after Wright hardcore. Some sources have Wright visiting Wake this weekend (I know, Easter weekend, but apparently it's from a reliable person from rivals.com), so we're getting optimistic. Trust me - with your McD AAs coming in, we need this guy more than any big program. Best of luck!
