I guess St. Pete's and I are the model for the Hoyas pre-season rankings. Except moving, having a job over the summer, and going to law school spell eventual doom for my ranking. Right now its nice to be a 2 seed. I can probably open up at the Ford Center and play NoDak - not an easy opponent, can't sleep on him. As the worst 2 seed however I will get crushed by SFHoya the 1989 UNLV of the board.

Except moving, having a job over the summer, and going to law school spell eventual doom for my ranking. Going to law school won't do it. You'll find it's incredibly easy to leave your Property reading and check Hoyatalk on the library computers every 30 mins or so. And by your second year you'll be looking to enroll in classes you don't have to attend, leaving you to work on your handicap and increasing your number of total posts.

Once you realize that the reason the judge's rationale doesn't make sense to you is because it just plain doesn't make sense, you'll find that reading all those cases and taking detailed notes really is an overrated practice. If you're smart (unlike me), it'll only take you a few weeks to figure it out, and then you can get back to the board.
