Just got done re-watching the Florida game in preparation for what promises to be a pooptastic final game. But I couldn't help but get extremely excited for next season after seeing the game again. We were SO CLOSE to beating the team that is playing the best in the country, we were really working our system to near perfection, and we just looked really, really good. With Jeff, Roy and Jon back, that's a very solid core group of players who have now been through both the Big East and the NCAA wars, and they all played well. Add in Sapp, who is just such a tough competitor, and hopefully some production from some guys who spent most of this year on the bench -- and then mix in the enthusiasm and talent of PE2 and the potential of our stud freshmen. Give this group to JT3, who is fast becoming a phenomenal coach, and we are in for quite a ride next year and beyond. Sorry if this is redundant, but I can't remember the last time I was so excited about Hoya hoops. It's amazing to think of where we were just two short years ago - WE ARE BACK and I can't wait for Midnight Madness!!!!! "We are going to be REALLY good next year." You took the words right out of my mouth. Adrian Moss is our only senior and at this point it looks as though our four super sophs are all coming back. We have an excellent shooter who had to take a medical redshirt as well as a strong signing class 5 deep already good to go. This was really our rebuilding year. Dream on. Horford, Brewer and Noah are jumping. I don't care what Noah says -- it is a weak draft and their stock will never, ever be higher. Once Brewer or Horford jumps, Noah will follow. But congrats!

i think its great to ponder over the year but 2nd place is just the first loser so lets stop talking about how we were the best game put up against UF that doesnt matter at all we lost to them and thats what matters...lets moveon with the confidence we have and make something special for next year

I seriously doubt Horford leaves. His dad has been very adamant about that. Tito looks back on his very own mistake and insists that Al will not follow in those erred footsteps. Green stays for sure. Noah gives every indication that he will not pass up his remaining school years, although I would be very shocked if he did stay for 2 more years. If Noah does stay then I think it falls on Brewer and my gut tells me that he might stay to keep the group intact and try to accomplish a very rare feat, a repeat.

All nice and good stories, but...money talks. No matter how much you have, and sometimes it talks MORE if you have it...money talks.

Let's be clear here.... the terms "We" and "Our" only apply to one team here, and it's not the Florida Gators. Please move along and stop wasting my bandwidth and pixels. Thank you!
