JTJR -"Big East almost was the strongest conference in the ACC yesterday"
III said that BB and AC have been playing well towards the end of the year and that they have done a ton of great things this year. He said that they want to keep playing this year.
III Gave thoughts on Chaney
Can't remember the rest b/c I was getting too pumped up.
Oh, he did talk about refs tendencies to "let teams play" and talked about the extended time outs giving teams more time to rest.
Can Friday get here any sooner?

Nothing particularly earth shattering in here...
1. Location does not matter to JT3. Fans get caught up in where they're going, with restaurants, sites, etc. He's focused on the game at hand, and the key for him is who you play, which, at this time of the year, will be a good team and well-coached.
2. UNI will be a tough opponent and has some impressive wins over Iowa, LSU, and Bucknell. They do a very good job of dictating the pace of the game and don't get rattled. He also focused on how they've been to the tournament and have experience in those regards.
3. Tournament means a lot to JT3 personally. From the perspective of the program, it is a step in the right direction. You need an invite to win a championship.
4. He was surprised by the WG seeding and Texas as a 2 seed, but he did not focus much on snubs and seeding because he wanted to see where we would land.
5. He feels BE is the toughest conference and has teams prepared for tournament and battle-tested.
6. The team needs the seniors to be successful as they were in the first 2 rounds of the BET. JT3 believes they want to keep playing.
7. His preparation for the Dance will be the same as it has been before. The key is to play your game and recognize that the officials will let you play. He's also happy by the longer rest periods on timeouts.
8. The team has to feel good and be confident. Our guys feel good about where they stand at this time.
9. He was surprised by the Chaney retirement and loved those teams.
10. He thinks yesterday was special for the students (which is a no doubter) and said the fans have been great all year. There's some buzz on campus, and it is a special opportunity.
11. The team plans to pull out Wednesday afternoon or evening, and they're currently working on arrangements. They have mandatory events beginning on Thursday. No word on whether we'll actually stay in OH, which was a source of comedy with JT2 being involved in the interview.
That's all that was covered.
