Watching Georgetown this year, they seem to be most successful against man to man defenses. Against a zone, they have had zero success. Anyone agree or disagree?

They've beaten up plenty of zones. And they would have today except for lack of execution. How many layups did we miss inside? How many turnovers on unnecessary passes or fumbled balls inside?

Our zone offense was brutal. Please post someone to the free throw line and then have the opposite wingman cut to the basket.

it is kind of interesting though that West Virginia had their most success against us after leaving their 1-3-1 zone and going man-to-man. I think its combination of III not adjusting as well as we've seen him do in the past and the fact that we just aren't shooting the ball as well as we did on our seven game run. A lot of those 3's when they first went to zone were "good shots" except for the fact that they didn't go in.

I've said it eighteen times -- it isn't systematic, people.
During our win streak, we executed. We made our layups, our putbacks, our backdoor passes.
During the last three games, our offense has stagnated mostly because we've missed our layups, our putbacks, and threw away our backdoor passes. Today, however, was the first time I thought we took a ton of stupid shots. Even versus WVU, the threes were at least open.
